FAQ

  • How do I make an appointment?
To make an appointment, you can reach out to me by phone, e-mail, or schedule online. Before your first appointment, we will need to find a time to schedule your free phone consultation. This call will provide you with the opportunity to share with me your reasons for seeking therapy. It is also a time for me to ask you important questions to ensure I am the right person for you. I will also review with you my fees and answer any questions you might have about me or my practice. If you haven't done so already, we will then schedule our first appointment.
  • What should I expect?
For the first few sessions we will get to know one another, gain a deeper understanding of what's happening in your life right now, and create a plan together on how to best achieve your goals. In general, I encourage clients to meet with me on a weekly to bi-weekly schedule in the initial phase of therapy. I have found that the best results from therapy occur when we are able to meet on a consistent and regular basis. The length of therapy can vary depending on your needs, and we can discuss this together in more detail at your first session.
  • Where are you located?
My address is 1325 S. Colorado Blvd., Bldg. B, Suite 604, Denver, CO, 80222. When you arrive, you will see three white buildings, and I am located in Building B. Building B is on the corner of S. Colorado Blvd. and E. Louisiana Ave. You can enter through the front or back of the building, and there is plenty of free parking. Once you enter the building, take the elevator to the 6th floor. As you exit the elevator, my office (Suite 604) will be to the right. Please make yourself comfortable in the waiting room until our scheduled appointment time!
  • What are your fees?
My fees are $140 for a 50 minute session and $200 for a 75 minute session. I accept payment with cash, check, credit card, as well as Health Insurance Savings plan cards.
  • Do you accept insurance?
I do not accept health insurance, but would be more than happy to provide you with a statement to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. I recommend checking with your insurance company to confirm that they reimburse for out-of-network providers.
